Recalibration

The adaptations that help us survive one environment are not always the ones that help us flourish in another. Recalibration is not about becoming someone different, but about learning how to carry our strengths into new contexts with greater flexibility.

This collection explores recalibration as an ongoing process of learning, awareness and growth, drawing together ideas from lived experience, psychology, contemplative practice and emerging research.

Why this matters

We often think of change as something we either succeed or fail at. Recalibration offers a different perspective. It recognises that human beings are constantly adapting to changing environments and that wellbeing is not about returning to who we once were, but about developing the flexibility to respond wisely to where we are now.
